The future of space technology lies in the hands of the bright minds currently filling our university halls. That’s why Omspace Rocket & Exploration Pvt. Ltd. was proud to participate in Amalthea 2025 at IIT Gandhinagar, engaging with students and space enthusiasts from across the country.
The energy at the event was palpable, providing the perfect backdrop for us to showcase the engineering that drives our vision.
Green Propulsion: The Star of the Show
Our team took center stage to present the engineering behind our advanced cryogenic engine. But this isn't just any engine; it represents a shift toward sustainability in space exploration.
We highlighted our development of propulsion systems designed to operate on biomethane and liquid oxygen.
Cleaner: Biomethane offers a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to traditional rocket fuels.
Efficient: It provides high performance without compromising on power.
Reusable: This technology is specifically designed to power reusable launch vehicles, reducing waste and the cost of access to space.
Bridging Innovation and Education
Interacting with the students at IIT Gandhinagar was truly inspiring. These discussions are vital for shaping India’s growing space ecosystem. By sharing our technical journey from concept to 3D-printed reality we hope to spark curiosity and encourage the next wave of engineers to tackle the challenges of "Sustainable Propulsion."
Looking Ahead
Our experience at Amalthea 2025 has reinforced our commitment to bridging the gap between innovation, sustainability, and space technology. We look forward to many more such opportunities to connect, share, and build a greener future for space exploration.
